It's decided.

Sometimes it's hard to know what the right thing to do is at any time.

For a while, I thought that my knowledge about buying real estate in this beautiful area of New England was extraneous and boring. But as it turns out, I have a lot to say as a homeowner, who happens to be a real estate agent.

So, when my online business manager said, "hey, you should be sharing this information with the other people who aren't your clients, so they can get educated, too!" - I procrastinated. Until now.

I love spending time with my adult boys, hanging out with my adorable wife and helping people find a good deal on their next home. Seriously. I love my job, and I've been doing it for a long time.

So, I've got some stories to share around home maintenance, changing neighborhoods and all I've learned from past clients about how to close a successful real estate deal in your favor.

I'm going to attempt keeping an online journal for people like you to follow, and maybe, just maybe, gain some insight into fishing, home ownership (we just down-sized) and stories around the buying or building of your homes around this area.
